Yin (Deep Stretch) Yoga

Looking to release the tightness and tension from everyday life? Then this one is for you! With longer, deeper stretches held for up to 5 minutes this restorative class focuses on lengthening muscles and relieving joint tension. Ideal for all levels from beginners to athletes.
